The process of Coaching can be shown as follows:
- understanding your current thoughts, beliefs and perceptions
- understanding how these impact your behaviour and others
- exploring what you want to change
- exploring how you are going to change it
- deciding what to implement
- and finally, evaluating the impact of the change.
Coaching can be a liberating, scary, empowering, challenging process. It can be a hugely rewarding and life transforming event.
