Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, concerned citizens can change the world. Indeed it is the only thing that ever has. —Margaret Mead

Become the kind of leader that people would follow voluntarily; even if you had no title or position. —Brian Tracy

Leadership Coaching is all about working with people, in whatever role they occupy, to translate head knowledge into practical reality. It’s about people taking responsibility and accountability for the way they behave, on a daily basis, in their workplace, teams, organisations and communities.

Leadership Coaching is not for sissies! It takes courage, resilience and persistence to honestly look at your current behaviour and actions and allow your coach to challenge your thinking and assumptions. We, as coaches, are not there to give you answers or advice, but rather, we are there to help you think better and seize opportunities to design a different result.

So What?…

What this means in the real world is that you may see some of the following behavioural changes:

  • Improved ability to delegate
  • Ability to see, understand and share the bigger picture
  • The inability to be a zookeeper and look after other people’s monkeys
  • Improved ability to manage self and therefore others
  • Enhanced communication skills
  • Greater work-life balance [see inability to be a zookeeper…]
  • Better team players
  • Create and manage high performing teams
How it works…

Leadership Coaching is a series of conversations, ranging between an hour and an hour and a half, over a 3 – 6 month period, with either week or bi-weekly sessions. These sessions can take place face-to-face or telephonically.

The process begins with an exploratory conversation to determine what the coachee’s expectations are and to establish if there is a match between coach and coachee.  A further conversation may be necessary between coach, coachee and relevant stakeholders to map the way forward.

Leadership Coaching is a powerful process which can result in phenomenal change and if you would like to explore how this can benefit you as a leader, or the leaders in your organisation, contact us to chat about your requirements.
