Once our proposal is accepted and the logistics arranged, we then implement the program. During all phases of the program, we monitor, evaluate and feedback as agreed, making any necessary amendments to ensure outstanding delivery of results.
At the end of the program, we will have a close-off meeting with stakeholders to evaluate the success of the program against the pre-agreed measures.
