After our initial meeting, we will create a detailed proposal outlining our tailor-made solutions. We will then present this solution to you and all necessary stakeholders. We will use this opportunity to further ensure that the proposed solution is exactly to your requirements.
Once our proposal is accepted and the logistics arranged, we then implement the program. During all phases of the program, we monitor, evaluate and feedback as agreed, making any necessary amendments to ensure outstanding delivery of results.
At the end of the program, we will have a close-off meeting with stakeholders to evaluate the success of the program against the pre-agreed measures.
